MApplet3D is not another 3D graphics engine. It has the important limitation which allows greatly increase speed of rendering. The limitation relates to perspective: no matter how far from camera 3D object is it anyway has the same size at the screen. So it is not possible to use MAppet3D in first person shuters. But it is not bad and some times probably the best choice for strategies and RPGs written in Java.|
Now the MApplet3D project is in the very begining state of development. It is slow, buggy and without any standard 3d features excepting texturing. Welcome back later.
